Are you kidding me?


I ordered a $409 Haier portable washing machine for my apartment. It did not work and I was angry at having to wait another week and a half on top of the two weeks I waited for the machine to be delivered.

Mu husband and I tried to contact oneclickmx by phone FIVE times AFTER Jeff told me he would contact me by email when he got a date for FedEx pick up and didn't get an answer by email until six days after the phone calls. He told me their phones were having problems and got very nasty after that poor explanation. The email was running just fine.

In the following weeks I was told by Jeff White that he knew from one phone call that I was going to be a problem customer, lug the machine out to the front of the house so FedEx wouldn't miss a second pick up attempt (I was NEVER told about the first)and I was unprofessional. Uh, I'm the PAYING CUSTOMER......

His customer service rep, Chris Harris called me a liar (there's NO way I know 713 people), I 'live in a strange location' and said that I "Need to get more at home". Excuse me?

I was told, fortunately, they have very few customers 'like you' and not to shop with them anymore...AFTER I told them I would never shop with them again.

They emailed me nasty and sarcastic communications AFTER I told them never to contact me again and had to threaten them with harassment charges. To which they replied THEY would file harassment charges.

The emails were grammatically illiterate and the spelling was horrendous, as well!

In my opinion if you enjoy sophomoric, infantile, 'I know you are but what am I?' treament this is the place to shop.

If you are a mature, intelligent consumer and require your customer service to be professional, mature and prompt, this isn't the place.

I venture to say that this company is run by young 20 somethings. If they are older, holy smoke....

It's coming up on a year since this catastrophic debacle.....

Sadly, more and more people who are customer service moronic are opening online businesses.

Don't people get it? If you don't know or just don't WANT to be professional do NOT bother to open a business!

To Jeff White--> I'm am PLEASED to tell you that I have saved MANY people from the grief of your inane, deplorable behavior.

When a person's previous employ has 2000+ employees and your current has 5200+ employees it is QUITE plausible to know 713 people. Add to that the 10,000+ employees at my HUSBAND'S employ and it goes higher!

Fortunately, for me, but unfortunately, for YOU, I DO know that many people!

Just wondering....does Haier still let you disgrace their product? Because of you and your skanky customer service rep many people won't buy ANY Haier products from my testimony!!

They treated me the exact same way as you. I recommend that you contact the BBB in Conecticut. This office has good knowledge of ONECLICKMX and have been directly involved in attempting to resolve disputes (very) similar to yours.
